Ideal Day
Wake up to the sound of the call to prayer in Istanbul, as it comes through the half open window. Sleep for another hour before getting out of bed to watch the sunrise over San Francisco. Enjoy breakfast in a K+K hotel. After breakfast head to the library on the Queen Mary II to read a book while watching the waves break over the bow of the ship. Head out to a bus tour of Rome getting off at the Elvis wedding chapel. After the ceremony go for lunch in a Berlin cafe built into the arches of a train bridge. In the afternoon do a behind the scenes tour on Carnival Magic. Walk through the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul on the way to the Olympic Stadium in Athens. Head back through Body Works in Amsterdam and finally take a rest with a cocktail in the Gaythering Hotel in Miami. There is still time to stroll through the Christmas Markets in Vienna enjoying a warm glass of Punch and listening to the buskers in Prague. As the day draws to an end, enjoy watching the sunset over the Parthenon in Athen. Quick shower and dress for dinner which is served at 6:30pm on the Queen Mary II. After dinner head off to the Absinthe show in Las Vegas and follow that up with some blues in New Orleans. Pop in to the laundrette in Frankfurt before collapsing in to bed in the Intercontinental in Madrid.
